Notice regarding passwords

All users will be required to change their password prior to initial login to the new site. This is to become compliant with University of Guelph information security standards. See below for instructions on how to change your password.

Updating your password

  1. Visit the Password Reset page or click the Forgot Password? link from the login screen.
  2. Enter your account username in the box provided and click Reset My Password.
  3. You will receive an email containing a link. Click the link or enter the address in your browser and you will be directed to a page to update your password.

I forgot my account username!

  1. Visit the Username Recovery tool or click the Forgot Username? link from the login screen.
  2. Enter your email address in the box provided and click Recover.
  3. You will receive an email containing usernames associated with that email address.
  4. See step 1 of the "Updating your password" section, if required.
